Diana Ross says a TSA agent at a New Orleans airport took a pat-down search too far -- which left her feeling shaken and violated afterward.
The legendary soul singer described her experience early Sunday morning in a string of tweets, explaining that while she's normally treated like royalty in NOLA ... she got the exact opposite treatment at an airport there -- saying, "I was treated like [expletive]."

Ms. Ross says she's not blaming the airline she flew with -- Delta, apparently -- but instead is pointing the finger at a female TSA agent that conducted an "over the top" pat-down as Diana was going through security. She says it's not what was done ... but how.

Ms. Ross can afford the TSA pre-check program. No more pat-downs.
I’m glad she spoke out about it and I hope that many more prominent people who can command an audience will do so. Thank you Ms. Ross!
Im with Diana. I think its creepy when they feel your boobs the way they do. Find another way to stop terrorism.
Hurting the innocent and removing their basic freedoms aint the way.
Lol- I love that movie!
“Touch Me in The...Airport.”
“Wasn’t it yesterday we used to laugh at the plebes behind us?
Didn’t we run away and hope the TSA wouldn’t find us?”
LOL!
My feelings about the TSA are so bitter and angry I will not fly anymore. First they stole my carving tools on a trip. Then they stole an heirloom knife my dad gave and other things...all of which were declared and properly packaged. That is inexcusable and nothing was done.
Then another trip because of my double mastectomy and failed replacement silicone “breasts”, one TSA agent was overly curious and fondled my whole chest. This was a guy, I presume. He was silent the whole time. I told him to stop it or I would report him. He didn’t and I did. Nothing happened.
Another time after the above, I started undoing my clothing while still in line...by the time I got to the inspection of human body check out, I was down to a very light shirt and shorts...they hurried me through that time.
I have found traveling by car is superior in every way even though it may take longer. If somebody wants me somewhere quicker they can hire a private plane. I still might drive, instead.
Welcome to the real world of the unwashed masses snowflake.
Am I missing something here?
She claims she was patted down AFTER she got OFF the plane in New Orleans?
And she was still upset about it later in the day, when she performed at the N.O. Jazzfest?
TSA pats you down BEFORE you get on the plane, at your departure point, not after you arrive.
Thanks fieldmarshaldj.
Sounds like someone DOES need a cure for their Love Hangover.
I like her 10-minute+ version of that song.
Great song.
Me too actually!
There was a Disco PURRfection version of that on YouTube years back that I burned to disc.
