It’s too bad Reagan didn’t pick Trump as his vice-president. We would be reading about Democrats and Liberals only in history books by now.

Trump now has an attorney general, like a human block of granite...
They got this right! I didn’t know too much about AG Barr when he was chosen. I saw some here upset because he was viewed (by some) as a creature of the swamp. I thought- here we go again with another bad recommendation and appointment. But I have been 100% impressed seeing this guy in action. The guy is simply unflappable. Apart from that, he is a master when it comes to law. I had no idea he began his career with the CIA. That got me thinking if I was going to go after the DS who just tried to set me up with a “counter-intelligence op” would there be a better AG? Not sure how this will play out, but feeling pretty good so far.

"..After a day of taking lumps from minority Senate Democrats..."The CNN excuses for journalists must have been out covering the latest CAIR fundraiser because the DemonRats did a horrible job questioning Barr. Lindsey Graham has said that is the end of it; on to the Boomerang show!!
----------
Just as soon as quarter ton of fun Jerry Nadler crawls out from behind the podium and is willing to ask the questions Bill Barr will show him to be the idiot that Nads is.

______________
From Robert Reich:
"Barr has turned the Department of Justice it into Trump's stooge.
McConnell is turning the Senate into Trump's rubber stamp.
Gorsuch and Kavanaugh are turning the Supreme Court into Trump's doormat.
The GOP has turned itself into Trump's lackey.
The House must stand up to this."
_____
....... more inflammatory content, alright.

...
People around here were 100% convinced that Barr was a bad pick.
I’ve read that he was recommended by Joe DiGenova.

Can you blame them?
After the bad experiences with the last three - Sessions' incompetence, Lynch's corruption, and Holder's arrogance - can you really blame them??
Fortunately, Barr seems to be honest and determined ... we haven't seen that in a while
To: Moonman62
Joe DiGenova advised the President he needed an AG the seditionists feared. He’s known Barr for decades, respects him as a man of the law.
The fear is reaching a feverish pitch. Barr will not bend.

I thought Barr’s exchange with Sen Blumenthal was pure gold.
“Can we have the notes?”.
“No”
“Why not?”
“Why should you have them?”
Sessions would have been wetting himself.
