Well looky here at the train markings They are riding on

CMEX

FYI, CMEX owns at least 200 covered hoppers like that which run all over North America. Because they originate in Mexico, it makes sense that riders could be on one of their cars, but that hopper is probably just one of 100-250 cars on that train. I'm sure the riders are on more than just the one car, and the other cars aren't necessarily CMEX. BTW, CEMEX does own a railroad themselves, but it only runs in Texas.

What I would like to know is who owns the *** railroad *** that the riders are riding the cars on. What railroad would allow them to hitch a ride, and not have their security people force them off? I think that's what would be important, not who owns just one of many cars on the train.

Clearly CEMEX is involved in human trafficking

Just apply the Trump EO of December 2016..confiscate all the assets of CEMEX...apply cement so confiscated to the wall.

That is the main rail line, known as The Beast, that runs all the way from Guatemala to Texas, all the way North. And yes, they’ve been allowing it as long as they stay on the tops of the cars. I suppose they get a hot and a cot and a shower and a new set of clothes somewhere along the way, certainly when they get to the end.

Mexico has long been accused of turning a blind eye to Central American migrants traveling through the country en route to the United States. With the recent unaccompanied child migration crisis garnering major U.S. public and policymaker attention, the trains that have served as unofficial conduits for some of this migration have come under scrutiny, prompting the Mexican government to take action.

As many as half a million Central American immigrants annually hop aboard freight trains colloquially known as “La Bestia,” or the beast, on their journey to the United States.

The trains are operated by several private companies, including Companía de Ferrocarriles Chiapas-Mayab in the south, Ferrosur de Mexico in the center of the country, Kansas City Southern de Mexico in the east, and FerroMex in the north.

Hundreds of migrants in southern Mexico board ‘The Beast’ heading north
By Reuters
April 26, 2019

IXTEPEC, Mexico, April 26 (Reuters) - Hundreds of migrants hoping to reach the United States boarded a freight train in southern Mexico late on Thursday, frustrated by efforts to slow their progress by the Mexican government, which is under pressure from U.S. President Donald Trump.

The risky move to board the train, known as “La Bestia” (The Beast), followed a mass breakout of migrants from a holding center in the southern border city of Tapachula on Thursday night. The government estimated some 1,300 people escaped but said a majority later returned to the center.

If you read this article, you will see that people are paid off at every single step of the journey north, which is why railroads, police, military and border guards don’t do anything to stop it. We took over Iraq because Saddam could be a pain in the ass sometimes. His regime did .01 percent of the harm to us that Mexico does eery year. We might need to consider our priorities.
