talk about liability!!! Their insurance should be cancelled immediately! (unless they self-insure - then they can thumb their noses..)
Yeah, I'm sure the insurance for a freight railroad doesn't allow for passengers other than the crew. I'd hate to think they don't care. But then it's Mexico. Who knows?
