I'm not sure about the Egyptian imagery. The brand was designed to be "KR" (Keith Raniere), and then when rotated 90 degrees "AM" (Allison Mack).
There is a mildly graphic image here of several brands, and it's annotated to show how the KR/AM initials work.
Allison Mack told an interviewer before her arrest she was the one who came up with the branding idea and design (and location). And she sounded rather proud of it too.

The branding was done by Dr. Danielle D. Roberts, a NY osteopath, who is under investigation by NY Health authorities. She used a medical cautery pen, no anasthesia, while other slaves held the victim down. The health agency investigators have subpoenaed a number previous brandees who are still loyal to NXIVM and fighting the subpoenas.
The other NXIVM 'doctor' who conducted ghoulish 'fright' experiments on unwitting slaves, is declaring bankruptcy. I don't know if Dr. Porter has had his license revoked or not. As of two weeks ago when I checked, he was still listed as practicing at an upstate hospital. I guess Clare Bear isn't going to bail him out?
Heidi Hutchinson is the sister of a cult 'suicide' victim similar to the one Califreak posted about upthread. She does a pretty good rant about the travesty of a plea deal with Clare Bronfman. Heidi's sister was Gina, who was recruited and groomed by Raniere when she was 15. Dropped out of school to be 'tutored' by him. She shot herself in the head in 2002, after almost 20 years with Keith. It might not have been murder, but it was certainly brainwashed-assisted-suicide.
A girl who Keith started raping in the 1990s at age 12 is featured in a new motion by prosecution to have her testify against Keith. It happened 28 years ago, so the defense is expected to block the testimony.

I forget where I found the branding info but I thought it was interesting because we’ve discussed ancient egyptian(probably luciferian)religions before-spirit cooking, pedostas, etc.
The fright experiments and branding made me think of adrenochrome but it’s probably just a mind control thing they do by inflicting pain and/or breaking down the mind-brainwashing technique maybe.
I hope they bury him and he squeals like a pig on the way.
