Barr did. I watched the vid. In this setting RR had a superb poker-face going on. He never indicated ANY internal conflict, any reaction up or down to the statements Barr was making.
What I think I detected in RR’s eyes were two molecules of a smile going on during Barr’s statements indicating to me RR was quite comfortable with these findings, his role in this and standing up there with Barr today.
What this all means I have no idea.
