I'm not obfuscating anything. Marriage is either a sacrament defined by God, or a social construct used to guarantee (more or less) paternity and raise children, between one man and one woman.

Occasionally, there may be a patriarch (you know, like "patriarchy"?) where one or a number of rich guys get multiple wives.

But it isn't, nor has it ever been, between two guys.

Even going back to Petronius' SatyriconK where the two guys are chasing the pubescent boy around the kitchen, nobody pretended he was anything but a boy toy.

Not even in the Limey Poofter Navy ("Rum, sodomy, and the lash") even though it *does* bear a certain resemblance to 50 Shades of Ghey.

I am not advocating, supporting or defining gay marriage.

I am sickened that the definition of marriage was changed so that 2% of the population (gay people) can be as unhappy as the rest of us.

I just stated facts to explain why I posted the forbidden picture of the red car.

Let’s not quibble about Mayor Pete and his husband or whatever the spouse of a man is called.

Let’s just not let him get elected.
