That's your opinion

Lol you claiming you've seen the Fisa docs

Maybe you can tell us the difference between alleged and made public?

I wonder what me Senator Graham and Senator Feinstein know that you don't?

Feinstein question 9th circuit judge nominee Judge Collins about military trials for domestic terrorists

Senator Graham questions SCOTUS nominee Kavanaugh about the difference between civilian and military law

Don't worry you'll know soon enough it has to be frustrating for you being months behind the news curve

“Lol you claiming you’ve seen the Fisa docs”

I did not claim that, apparently you have trouble with reading comprehension. I said FISA abuse has already been made public, which of course it has, since Congressmen and others have already revealed improprieties in the FISA warrants.

“I wonder what me Senator Graham and Senator Feinstein know that you don’t?”

Everyone, not just Q-tards, knows that military tribunals have been used against FOREIGN terrorists. Many of us also know that there were already legal battles fought over the issue of using military tribunals against US citizens accused of colluding with foreign terrorists, and the courts ruled that those US citizens must be granted due process rights. That is why the Bush and Obama administrations ended up trying those cases in civillian courts.

Of course that jurisprudence is actually not relevant, since the whole basis of the argument is that the Congressional use of force authorization after 9/11 gave the authority to try people as enemy combatants before military tribunals, but that legislation doesn’t apply to people simply accused of violations of our criminal laws, even in the case of high treason. That’s why it’s a total fantasy by the Q-crowd that this will happen, and nobody with any understanding of the law in this country thinks the idea is plausible in the least.

In fact, if that stunt was actually tried, whichever President did it would actually be practicing tyranny and violating the US Constitution. So it’s hardly a path any actual conservative would be hoping for Donald Trump to pursue.

“Don’t worry you’ll know soon enough it has to be frustrating for you being months behind the news curve”

Your precious Q predicted these military tribunals were going to happen well over a year ago, and of course his predictions failed as they always do. It’s not going to happen, the sooner you accept that, the sooner you will stop looking like a fool.
