Did you notice that during the Kavanaugh hearings, two different US Senators (Lindsay Grahamnesty and DiFiChiSpy) apparently asked out loud, in public, about military tribunals?

I don't recall such a question EVER being asked of a Supreme Court candidate before, do you?
