Police arrested Ezekiel Hicks, 25, on murder charges early Sunday in the death of 41-year-old Craig Brewer, who was shot and killed at a Waffle House, in Gainesville, Florida, just a few miles west of the University of Florida.
Officials with the Alachua County Sheriff's Office said the restaurant's surveillance camera captured an altercation between the two on video. Witnesses said the victim was arguing with a female acquaintance of the suspect, who was reportedly upset because Brewer's generosity didn't include her.
“Dude looks like a lady.”
Agreed. I imagine the guys on the cell block will think so, too.

I’m pretty sure that polymuser was trying to point out the idiocy of her position, not support it.
Not using stoning and hangings for murderers is one reason they increase. Murderers oppose the death penalty except when they execute.
That is NOT relevant. In Florida firearms are not "licensed." It is a sure thing that he doesn't have a carry permit, though, but "unlicensed?" true but not relevant to anything.
I've lived in Texas several times in my life. My dad was stationed at Lackland AFB in San Antonio when I was a kid. One day he took us to see part of the tarmac on the flight line that was almost completely covered in scorpions. Thousands of them.
Going camping in Arizona one time, driving after dark to get to our camping site on a Friday night, we saw the back road covered in tarantulas. As far as we could see. Again, thousands of them.
One bad experience with critters was in Missouri, camping in the middle of the state somewhere. Walking through the woods to get to a lake near our camp site, I managed to step into a nest of baby chiggers. Red, the size of a period on this screen. Not thousands, but millions of them! They were all over my shoes, socks and pants legs. I went back to the camp site, stripped naked and washed off with bleach. I managed to get most of them kilt but still got several irritating, itching bites nonetheless.
My worse time was in Utah, camping at the state park on the shore of the Great Salt Lake. Everything was fine until dusk when we started frying some pork chops in a pan on the stove. The mosquitoes showed up. Millions of them. All over my wife and I and the meat. Inside my ears, nose, mouth. They were so thick, it felt like they could suffocate you. We immediately broke camp and high-tailed it up the freeway into the mountains and stopped at a pullout to spend the night. We each were covered with bites that itched like crazy all night.
But I have to say that Florida has more irritating insect and animal critters of anywhere I've lived. They've even got a weed called fire weed that burns like someone is holding a flame to your skin. It's all over the place.
I didn’t write that.
In Florida we have no more crazies than in Alaska. The Alaskan wierdnesses just don’t resonate in the 48. We get most of the publicity.
Now he can get the sec change he’s aways wanted ..on our dime.
My mom and dad (In their 80’s) have always liked waffle house and still go. I haven’t been in decades, and avoid them (the restaurant, not my parents), mostly for the food (too greasy) and cleanliness, and partly for the sometimes shady clientele.
LOL! Would have never read that sign. I thought FL had a required format bit can’t find that right now.
Hi.
Have you ever seen walking catfish?
They will walk across the road to the other canal in the thousands.

She's now a celebrity and the good samaritan is a ghost--literally. Doesn't seem right.
What’s happening there is the same as everywhere else. Check the website of your local police and look at the crime reports.
Not every story makes its way into the papers or blogs. There is simply too much of it.
The press is probably treating keyword Florida and gun or shooting as a priority story to report because of that last school shooting. Events like that get ratings and they are trying to continue to capitalize on that.
What appears in the press is not the totality of what happens. Your error in logic is the same many make when it comes to guns. Since the press almost never reports on people defending themselves successfully compared to mass shootings, which are always reported, it skews the perception.
If all you knew of cars were the accidents and big pileups you see in the news, you might be inclined to ban those too.
Nope.
None of the WHs hereabouts have such signs.
>>>She’s now a celebrity<<<
Is it a He or a She?
