I think LJ (#NotAShill lol) is seemingly taking a friendly beating for nothing here ... I’m glad it was posted, with caveats from participants on the thread - I’ve seen + heard stuff about it, here & elsewhere, but still never actually seen it (until now). I think that’s the purpose here. Very similar to the GHCQ doc re Steele that has also made the rounds many times and I still think is not legit, either. Thanks to all :)

Not dinging “LJ” per se...just observing that the level of research/fact finding in the “Q arena” needs to stay high, otherwise it is “flat-earther” time.
The reason I posted that document was precisely because it was mentioned and linked to, and I thought it likely bogus, so I wanted to make it clear what document it was.
I was not promoting it; on the contrary, I was posting the doc hoping that someone smarter than me knew how to vet it, as others on the thread appeared to be taking it seriously.
I am surprised that anyone thought I was promoting it, when I thought I was clear I doubted its veracity, and was only posting because others seemed to be taking it seriously.
