The reason I posted that document was precisely because it was mentioned and linked to, and I thought it likely bogus, so I wanted to make it clear what document it was.
I was not promoting it; on the contrary, I was posting the doc hoping that someone smarter than me knew how to vet it, as others on the thread appeared to be taking it seriously.
I am surprised that anyone thought I was promoting it, when I thought I was clear I doubted its veracity, and was only posting because others seemed to be taking it seriously.
In fact, I was sure it was bogus, but others didn’t, so that is why I posted it. I guess I have to spell things out more clearly in the future.
I don’t think that it is legit. It just doesn’t make any sense. Probably some guy messing around.
