Good luck finding two guys for $150 today. Labor cost has skyrocketed in the moving business.

We’ve always got room for patriots.
The truck is separating patriots from faux patriots. Look at Colorado, ruined by Kalifornians. Arizona is on its way to being ruined. Dont need those kind of patriots coming to Texas.

Dang! Just got a text from the Mayor of Mentone. He said to tell you that Mentone is full too. But, he said you might try Orla, just up the road. He said Orla has lots of room, lol. Thinking you might should just go on to Colorado 😉....

Yup. We had two ‘ABF U-pak’ containers that we used and cost less than 4 grand picked up and delivered in the driveway(FL to NV). We had ordered 4 but only used the two. 4 would have cost us around $6,000 and I seem to remember one ‘pod’ was close to $5,000 for one. Anyway, done and hopefully settled. :-)

Pfft... I’d sooner live in Laredo than Colorado. Actually looked at a place east of San Antonio a few years back, wife and I decided to stay put.

Thank you, I have some experience with Native Texans and your attitude is more like my memory. To paraphrase famed author John Steinbeck, Texas isn't so much a country, as it is a state of mind.
I've found that to be true since living here. Texans (by and large) are more fiercely loyal to their state than any people I've ever encountered.
A few are so loyal, they discriminate against any and everyone not born here. That can even include fellow Americans with identical political perspectives. Thankfully, such attitudes are in the minority.

Land located in the Austin/Houston/San Antonio triangle is becoming very pricey. Might have been a good investment had you bought way back when.

But, youll have to make a pilgrimage to the Alamo and pledge allegiance to Texas and disavow any liberal tendencies you may previously have had 😉....
