Pulled from another website - a DC court of appeals rules against forcing Barr to expose redacted info. Well that’s the interpretation - but it’s odd that the case was argued Sept. 2018 (Barr was the appellee) and it’s decision was released today.

California on Friday led a group of 20 states in requesting that a federal judge stop President Trump from diverting federal funds to build his wall on the southern border.

Just for that, he should divert funds from the "sanctuary cities" and use that money for the California portion of the wall.
