Pulled from another website - a DC court of appeals rules against forcing Barr to expose redacted info. Well that’s the interpretation - but it’s odd that the case was argued Sept. 2018 (Barr was the appellee) and it’s decision was released today.

That’s good. “No inherent power” would seem to mean that they don’t even have the authority to disclose GJ materials.
