I knew he was from the NE area of Ohio, but Youngstown explains it all. I wonder if that is Jim Traficant’s district...he with the “what is that supposed to be” haircut?

BTW...some gal on The View (seated to the immediate left of Behar) asked Ryan: “Your district voted for Trump, a republican, in 2016. That has not happened since 1972. What do you say about that?”
Ryan got the Zuckerberg deer/headight look in gear with that question. He had some kind of answer, but I mostly heard Jackie Gleason’s “homina, homina...”
