There’s a company of military police who were sent there before Christmas anxiously waiting.
Had you asked me then I probably would have guessed that that was at least part of it but prices here, now, in Trump time arent stupid high. Much, except for seafood that I suspect was Nork origin, and remembering to exclude Chinese pork (Smithfield) for obvious reasons, is as low as pre-Obama.
Id have to say I just dont know how that was brought about.

So thankful! I hope you are celebrating big time. Thank God!
“Learned this summer that Smithfield did not go the the Chinese (which jeopardized the US heparin supply) but was instead purchased by Mennonite family in upstate PA near Grand Canyon of PA.”
Really! I have more or less stayed away from Smithfield but if this is true I will again be a happy customer.
In other awesome news I just rid myself of $23,000 in debt! Two credit cards and two car loans totalling $800+ in monthly pay outs. Im celebrating with much beer!

“Celebrating with much beer.” Dang, SB, too bad we couldn’t do this together as I am also celebrating in the same manner!! I left Mrs. Guy at the hospital as she is under some observation due to some nasty chemo side effects and stopped at our favorite pizza joint to order a take out. The wait was placated with a Bud bottle, and now I’m in my shop enjoying the pizza with our two canine urchins, more Buds and admiring the restoration job I’ve gotten done so far on a 1948 tractor.
Your accomplishment of slaying that debt burden is quite commendable! I really feel I should pop one more bottle in honor of your success. Dammit!!
Praise God for the good news! Thanks for sharing.

Looks like the Chinese did buy Smithfield in 2013. If you have better info I would love to be wrong.
One of my clients made me go to a pawn store the other day. An employee there that Ive only ever had brief shallow conversations with in passing attempted to red pill me. The message is definitely getting out. Just keep trying.
Congrats, SB. Good job!
Really?!?!? Then the prices are crazy good. Pork has been often as low as $.99 lately. Ill make a point of buying more.

Smithfield is still owned by Chinese.
that’s an interesting proposition.
Where are we on the @GenFlynn hearing schedule? It will be key to the big reveal(s) and DECLAS pending.
Prayers up for Mrs. Guy ;)
In other not awesome news-came home to find my Dobie with a swollen cheek-possible tooth extraction on Saturday $$$$$, got to pay fed taxes next week $$$ and found a jury summons in the mail.:( Sorry for the slide...
Wonderful news!!
I believe that Smithfield was indeed purchased by the Chinese Shuanghui Group in 2013. Where do you find information that someone else purchased them?

?
If that's a question, the answer is no. The corn is cattle feed corn, and they still feed the expended mash to the livestock as a more nutritious feed than the unfermented corn.
