can’t close the border without a wall. . You can close points of entry but not the hundreds of miles currently leaking. Maybe if you send 100,000 troops and drones. But troops and ICE let them in to be processed and that’s not closing.

You can close points of entry but not the hundreds of miles currently leaking. Closing ports of entry will suffocate legal commerce large and small. It may take something like that to get the attention of people with $$$ at stake - like those who took advantage of NAFTA to move their plants south of the border.
