I don’t ever recall SIXTEEN FELONY charges being all dropped at once for a first offender. Does that happen all the time?

I would think a “pre-trial intervention” deal would include an admission of guilt - not threats to sue the police department involved.

Does that happen all the time?

Only if you're a black homosexual. The only way he could be in a more protected group would be if he pretended to be a she..

And connections help.

It does when you’re black, gay, fag, bringing kneepads to visit the white hut and the 0bammy.
My take is that samallett fag was doing favors for the 0bammy and thus called in a favor to get out of jail. BJ’s don’t cha know.

Usually you overcharge offenses because you know the trial Judge will more than likely dismiss some of them. But in this case, no Judge was even given the option to do that. Dismissing all 16 at one time, seems to be an abuse of power, especially if it's discovered that no one else with that may felony counts ever had all the charges dropped at the same time. He was indicted on 16 counts by a Grand Jury. I wonder how those people feel now.
