Sounds like a decision made by prosecutors who felt that while the evidence did not show Jussie committed a crime, it did not exonerate him either, and that there wasn’t sufficient proof to prosecute him.

Just making a point about prosecutorial discretion.

Just making a point about prosecutorial discretion.


Sounds more like his lawyers negotiated a deal, if it indeed was contingent on his forfeiting $10k and doing community service.
