I know this was all in motion before the report came out yesterday.

But I can’t help but think that the results of the report are going to make it easier to go after Trump’s enemies.

A Trump ally doesn’t have to be afraid to act now.

I’m Sure china and NK were sad yesterday too.

And many other country leaders and many 10s of millions from around the world.

I remember a case in Georgia where an attorney won a 7 million dollar settlement for an injured baby. He gave the baby $100,000 and kept the rest.

Fortunately the probate judge caught him.

6 months ago, when he was their hero of the Kavanaugh hearings, the likes of CNN and MSNBC referred to Avenatti as “a leading Democrat Presidential candidate.”

The time, I hoped Trump would have grabbed on to it and stuck it to Avenatti in his daily tweets. We all knew Avenatti was a slime ball who was going to crash and burn.

it would be glorious now

Look up “sociopath” in the dictionary and you will see a picture of Avenatti.

Also personally know of a case where a widow asked a lawyer about handling probate after her husband’s death. She didn’t have any money to pay him and he told her, “no problem, I will do it for 15% of the estate.”

Although she had no money she owned 1000 acres of land worth a million dollars. Fortunately there was a lawyer in the family who found out about it and handled it for nothing.

I know the lawyer and he regularly does this kind of thing and gets by with it.

Once any reasonable person reads this and the other articles posted today about this pure evil piece of human debris, the conclusion is obvious that he has so much stashed in so many known and unknown places that, if he’s granted any bail at all, it better be north of $10,000,000, must be guaranteed by a bondsman, and he must be held in solitary confinement until he makes a full inventory, under oath, of all his assets. He also must surrender his passport. Otherwise, he’ll grab some of his stash, get on a private jet, and vanish.

He should have been in prison years ago. Then again, for as many people that he has ripped off...I’m surprised he’s still walking.

“Oh, that probate deal can be a lawyer’s license to steal.”

Yes, when my mother died, I decided to act as my own attorney probating her estate. You cannot believe how the State ( including the Probate Judge) conspires to string out the process and tries to bring outside parties into the action so they can get a “piece of the estate.” (Can you san appraisers?)For a piddling estate ( less than $500k) it took 18 months. So long that the only other heir, my sister passed away from breast cancer. The whole process operates on “continuances,” and “notifications ad nauseum.”

It may be based on state by state, but anything over 3-4% is questionable, I believe.
