Does anyone know if a new Special Counsel could just use all of the previous research done by IG Horowitz (Sp?) or Huber? If he can his report would come Quickly and contain a nice fully integrated package of all the crimes committed by all of the derps going back to at least 2015.
I don’t think it would be an issue and it might be advantagious to do so. Does anyone have a different take?

I’m guessing that the Comey’s investigation info re: Hillary having confidential emails on her private server would be good to go to indict ? assuming there is no statute of limitations on it ?
JW just found a spit-load of additional Hillary emails, so I wonder if any statute of limitations clock gets reset ?
