I still think indictments need to be unsealed by HUBER before DECLAS and then DECLAS + IG can proceed. I know that’s never been specified in “Q” drops but I think it’s the only logical way to proceed to protect the GJ testimony underlying any unsealed or pending indictments. TBD ;)
