Barr needs to follow the law, rules of evidence, court procedures and not be sidelined by a call for a special counsel. He needs to get after these people directly. He needs to pursue them into trial.
When I said ‘let the people decide’, I meant the juries.
Special counsels are appointed when there is a conflict of interest when an air of impartiality is needed.
Looking at Mueller’s chosen staff, his group was the furthest one could get from impartial.
Certain persons think that by associating themselves with the Democrat Party, calling themselves Democrats, projecting their crimes onto Republicans or onto a Republican President, that somehow this immunizes them from prosecution because any prosecution would be partisan, would be impartial, hence there must be an independent counsel that they have control of.
