I could see myself MAYBE doing something like that once (since it’s basically harmless), but not multiple times which made the neighbors go crazy.
I’m not sadistic! Or sneaky. If I have a bone to pick with you, I’ll be straightforward about it. If that fails, I’ll ignore you.
Oh good cause I have no idea what my fax machine would do. It barely works for me. I do see humor in vexing irritating neighbors a couple of times.
