Kidnapping is a big thing nowadays, and kidnapping a past POTUS or his immediate family would get a lot of bang-for-the-buck ... even Slick Willie.

There have to be layers of protection at all times, I would think.

I agree! reed13k axed a great question, and I agree that there SHOULD be security around a former Prez.
