I’m not clear from the article on exactly what she does to “get in the way” of busy males to teach them a lesson. Does she “lady spread” on the subway? Does she get upset if someone opens a door for her and then block it for a while?
How does she get her message across?

If a woman does that to me in public, I’m going to assume that she’s trying to be a distraction so that a guy can blindside me in a strong-arm robbery attempt. End result: she’s going to hit the ground hard, then I’m going to look around for an accomplice—and that’s exactly what I’ll tell the cops if it comes to that. If she thinks she’s going to block my way, she’d better have a lot of help.

I don’t get it either. Surely just standing in someone’s way isn’t going to work for very long. I first took it as say, blocking their driveway - but I suppose a lot of people in England take the train instead of drive.
