Well...the ones in the west all moved to Argentina! Or, we could complement ourselves and say that maybe the ones “am westen” were fighting badasses and they all died, but I do not think it would be true. Perhaps we fought was the Vichey French? (la vie c’est droll!)

My Dad served with Patton and didn't really like anything German (except MB) until the day he died.
He didn't ever say that much about why, but his distaste seemed to have increased particularly after they started liberating "those Camps"... (That's all he'd ever call them.)
