How is it being mean to the kids by speaking the truth. Do you really think those girls didnt know they werent rowers? I seriously doubt they didnt know they were there on a lie. The parents are far more guilty of fraud and of teaching their daughters to lie and cheat, but the daughters went along with it.
Yep...and in 2 years before shes doing porn.....
Wow. Didn’t know that. So the favoritism continued. Sick. Glad they are out of that school now.
What they mean is the snowflake little princesses might hear the other students laughing behind their backs? That's all it takes for the Progressives to feel "viciously attacked" or feel threatened. If someone questions their actions it isn't debate or honest criticism anymore. That is strictly a one way street with the rich and pampered elite: they insult us with their snobbery and we are to take it and quietly leave.
The children of the rich and famous are so quick to accept the praise and the adoration but unprepared to accept ridicule for their bad actions. It's just NOT the way it is supposed to happen, right mommy dearest?
College dropouts.
I dont know why these people go through all of the pretense of being college students. The parents just need to pony up another hundred grand and buy the degree outright. Im sure the kids would be better off not having their minds further polluted with fours years of SJW curriculum.
I doubt that, the one daughter has openly admitted publicly she never wanted to go to college in the first place....
While it may be a larger tactical decision, at least one of these women certainly was only there in the first place because mommy and daddy pushed her to be... and they aren’t the only ones.
I saw it every year when I was in school, kids came to school on mommy or daddy’s dime, really didn’t want to be there or have any reason to be there other than “its what you do” or “my parents made me”... party hard then the grades come and mommy and daddy freak and the kid either buckles down or they quit or are flushed out within another semester or two.
Reality is far too many kids go to college who have neither the aptitude, or drive for it, and colleges happily take the money and give them pointless degrees.
If these girls KNEW what their parents were up to, then any abuse they may have to face is deserved, if however mommy and daddy pulled the strings without their knowledge then they are truly just as much a victim of their parents nonsense as everyone else involved.
Personally the vlogger one at least, is clearly just a spoiled little pompous brat, from what I can see..
The questoin is WHO was doing the servicing?
“Im sure a lot of girls get that type of service from USC leadership.”
I would have said it the other way around.
One of them (I think the one not on the yacht) turned on mom and dad immediately, and her following twits still gave her hell, haha.
The MO is reportedly an in cahoots relationship with the doctor making the phony diagnosis, then the different test place, extra time, and either coaching or changing answers during the test.
The prevailing theory is that all family members knew, Dad, Ma Lori and the Girls.
I’m just confused. What’s the scandal here? That some people paid more to get into the college? And some people paid less because of it. The mock ‘outrage’ by executives who do this every day with their children to get them into expensive schools (including what gobsmacked me, college prep preschool...) and are the massive supporters of ‘racial diversity’ on campus are cutting people for doing the same thing?
It’s a joke. The only thing ‘wrong’ is that someone blabbed.
Liberals hate it when they are caught red handed in the cookie jar, but even with this, they’ll continue to still do the same thing, get the best education their money can buy for their children.
So how would they be accepted as an athletic recruit for a sport they don't even participate in without becoming aware of it before or during the registration/admission process? It would be in their correspondence from the school.
Of course they knew, but they didn't care. They are famous and privileged after all.
Maybe it is for the best? Two very smart kids did not enter an institution in which they’d be turned into dirty ANTIFA activists within a year. Instead, maybe they went to ordinary colleges and will emerge decent citizens. (I can hope!)
They broke multiple federal laws.
Sadly, those 2 worthy kids had to attend a different school because these 2 cheated.
” . . . but allowing chelsea to get a degree in 3 yr without ever really attending classes shows Stanford to not be quite so rigorous academically....”
What’s also interesting, from the Chelsea standpoint (rather than that of Stanford) is that according to these guys she started off chemistry / pre-med, then switched to a history major:
https://www.eduinreview.com/blog/2010/07/chelsea-clintons-education-background/
I guess she could have had a major awakening in intellectual interests during her sophomore year; it’s also the case that it’s kinda tough to fake your way through the chemistry, biology, physics and math you need to stay viable as a pre-med.
Vanderbilt put out a press release saying that they are too careful to ever be duped in this way.
One wonders if they were not a little worried that they were not included on this list of “elite” schools. “How come no one is cheating to come here?”
Are we supposed to feel bad that they might be bullied? The kids who lost their place on the rowing team have every right to do so.
What is the scandal?
They committed fraud. Bribed coach...Photoshopped pictures.
They deprived student athletes of $30,000+ in scholarship money.
They deprived students with better GPAs admission.
They defrauded the IRS by claiming the bribe was a charitable contribution.
I am sure there is more, but those are what come to mind on first cup of joe.
