Trump (may re-election be upon him) called in Mueller KNOWING he would be made SC and at some point during that long talk (10 hours, I’ve read somewhere?), re informed Mueller that the C-inC was using the option to RECALL him back to active duty.
Mueller could be subject to a military tribunal for any criminal acts done in service to his country.
That would tend to support my belief that Mueller and Rosenstein are gray hats at worst. I just don’t see this operation working as smooth as it has if RR and RM were as hostile as they’ve been portrayed. Controlled might be a better description.
