A homeless man arrested on Monday for stabbing a San Jose woman to death last month was an undocumented immigrant who had been ordered detained by federal authorities nine times, officials said Tuesday. But the man, who had multiple convictions for misdemeanor and felony offenses, was released from the Santa Clara County jail twice in the months before the killing.

Police Chief Garcia your job is to protect and serve citizens. This woman was murdered by an illegal alien let several times out of your jail. So you are more worried about your sanctuary city, county and state policies being politicized than this woman being stabbed to death in her home.

Those who obstruct justice in this manner should and, in deed must, be arrested , charged , tried and convicted like anybody else obstructing justice, Their little local office doesn’t exempt them from arrest and conviction but we have a gutless administration and attorney General who are losing the faith of real conservatives at a precipitous rate. Even Jeff Sessions in a rare “ground hog” appearance said as much but then disappeared back in his hole.But this takes stalwart leadership from the oval office and I just don’t see it.
Nothing will happen until the police chiefs start getting held personally liable.

His criminal history includes possession of methamphetamine, kidnapping, and burglary and now Murder. Ice has placed detainers for his transfer 9 times, but each time he has been released.
People (in addition to the killer) should go to jail for this.
