I admit to being surprised to see that she is involved in this.

Hahaha hahaha! You’re funny! Liberal politicians or celebrities don’t go to prison! Prison’s reserved for dangerous conservative criminals, like Dinesh D’Souza (sarc) or senior citizen Bill Cosby.

There is nothing wrong with ASU. My daughter went there as an undergraduate and graduated from Southern Cal law school. Didn’t pay to get her in. She is much smarter than her dad.

“Wiki: She received an undergraduate degree at Stanford University and later earned master’s degrees from University College, Oxford and Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health, and a Doctor of Philosophy in international relations from the University of Oxford”

THIS is why we desperately need national testing for all subjects, to adjudicate what you know, and what you don't know, AND, to once and for all put an end to the myth of ‘elite’ institutions. If you graduate from Yale Law, for example, but don't pass the DC Bar, but people from many, many state Law schools and lesser stature law schools do (this is factual), what does that tell you about the ‘greatness’ of Yale Law School - or of any ‘elite’ law school for that matter? This is true for all areas of study, including medicine.

Nobody even remembers the guy at Harvard.

Probably not true since he was in the national news at the time and people would remember who was president of the Law Review.

Macy and actress Felicity Huffman dated on-and-off for 15 years and married on September 6, 1997.

It took her that long to decide she could overlook those ears.

He is a fantastic actor, though.

Just one more thing.......

I’d like to see the rest of the NBC mystery movie shows pop up.

I have most of the DVDS though.

If the FBI assigned 300 agents to this its proof positive that the FBI is WAAAAAAY too big.

“I would figure that the child of a Rhodes Scholar and a valedictorian from Wellesley probably has enough smarts to get into college without a bribe. Of course being the child of a president likely does have some perks.”

With all due respect, then you've bought into the total bs of the system. If your father was a plumber, and your mother a housewife, does that mean that someone whose parents both have degrees from Princeton is automatically brighter? NO, it doesn't. It does mean, in my opinion, that you probably had more emphasis on education at home, and were privy to a lot more knowledge about how to navigate school and get in to where you want to go. That, however, is not the same as being intrinsically brighter. We need to get beyond this ridiculous mindset.

No offense meant, but do you think that all Rhodes Scholars are tremendously bright? Bill Clinton was one, and had unimpressive SAT scores. There are bright people everywhere, and lots of people are late bloomers.

Exactly..there are much more important things to investigate than parents paying off schools to get their dumb ass kids enrolled..now do I think its a crime having someone else take the college entrance exam, absolutely..they should be prosecuted, but really, 300 FBI agents for this, gotta be kidding me

$6 million to get your kid into Yale.

Big whoop! The rich have been doing this for their kids forever. Not only to get them into the colleges, but to keep them from being kicked out.

Anyone taking bets on the parent’s political affiliation? I have my own thought but I COULD BE WRONG! People who don’t believe in playing by the rules would do such a thing as this and those people are usually -

W H O?

American Universities are handing out Fake Diplomas with ridiculous majors like “Feminism in Victorian Literature”. That idiot was hired as a professor and is teaching at another US university in South Carolina. The cancer is spreading. Tragic! Disgusting!

Huneeus is a big time Napa Winemaker. Used to own Franciscan, still owns Quintessa I think. Another reason not to buy.
