The "kid" setting up the server didn't do it.

Unless he somehow managed to get an SCI clearance and get read on to a SAP he wouldn't have access to the BLACK side of the equation.

He would also, metaphorically, have a giant blinking "notice me" sign on him drawing the attention of the SSO and PM.

The guilty party here was probably a member of HiLlARy's staff also read in to the program.

The one tech I remember working for Hillary was Platte River Networks.

Easy for me to remember the name but they weren’t in Benzie County, MI, IIRC, I think they were located in the North East area of the US.
