The real question being asked here is how did HiLlARy, et al, violate RED/BLACK separation in order to get the SAP info on her server?

Answer: It wasn't done electronically from the outside. It took the DELIBERATE action from a person read on to the program (an insider).

It had to be done without the knowledge of the SSO and the program manager/ director. There are specific legal reasons for this.

It also had to be deliberately IGNORED by all those with access to HiLlARy emails. They have specific legal jeopardy for NOT reporting the mishandling of the SAP information.

Had I knowledge of this you would, quite literally, have to kill me to prevent me from reporting it.

There are many and manifest reasons we go to so much time, effort, and expense to keep black programs BLACK. This includes the very EXISTENCE of the program. You would be surprised how much you can deduce from the simple knowledge that an adversary is interested in a particular subject.

Those of you who've seen my HRC video may recall that I downplayed FBI's Priority #4 ("corruption" -- a la HRC) and chided Comey, et al, for failing to pay proper heed to FBI Priority #2: (counterinteligence -- re the obvious years-long SAP/SCI SCIF security breach).

Although the duties of Secretary of state demand full access to masses of both unclassified and classified information, HRC...

• flatly refused to use any STATE.GOV or other federal computer system.

• never had a US computer terminal or fax in her office. (Per the FBI)

• refused to use anything but her Blackberry (via her rogue server) for all of her official Department of State communications.

• never classified a single document or transmitted message, herself.

• indeed, she repeatedly claimed,

  "I never received nor sent any material that was marked CLASSIFIED".

• ...which may have been technically true -- but is admission to a plethora of crimes...
