I think the curious thing is that the Army presented most all evidence that existed, and the Army court didn’t have any issues on guilt....then handed out the 35-year sentence. So here we are almost ten years later, and the civilian court wants to chat only about WikiLeaks, which you’d think the whole story was told in the military court, and he just needs to repeat the same story told there.

There’s some piece of the original story which appears to have been left out by Army investigators and never told to the Army court, which is driving Manning to be worried over implications in the Grand Jury room. So you have to wonder....what is it that the Army investigators failed to find or lay out?
