I use Sweet Leaf "Sweet Drops" in my coffee and tea.
I use Sukrin Gold on my hot and cold cereals. It's got the texture of brown sugar and no bad aftertaste. Highly recommended.

My border line diabetic situation is pretty much gone with 15-16 hour fast 5 days a week. It cured my insulin resistance. I eat anything and everything during the 8-9 period usually between 10am & 7 pm.
