Mrs.C, a former motorcycle road racer, commented that it looked like “Target fixation”. The driver fixed on the lights and steered toward them. It happens in racing and (I have heard)to fighter pilots. Then again, some people are just bad drivers and get distracted by that many flashing lights.

Yes, I remember that. Strange, wot? Someone posted the video again today. Both could be MK Ultra mind control or somehow remotely controlling the vehicle itself. But Target fixation was the first thing that came to mind while watching this recent one.
...and tried to jump a ditch running along the side of the motorcade route, IIRC. ...amateurish.
