Alan Rickman—one of my favorite actors—was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in August 2015. He was dead by mid January 2016.
Stage 4 of any kind of cancer is very bad. By definition it means that the cancer has spread to other organs.

Stage 4 of any kind of cancer is very bad. I can personally vouch for that. I've been fighting mine for a year and a half. Stage four squamous cell carcinoma sucks.
