That is the purpose of the changes. Everyone knows it. Someone in Wisconsin ought to challenge this in court as a violation of their civil rights - disenfranchising legal voters by diluting their votes with illegals.
And whoever these JERKS are that are in the legislature voting yes on this crap should be fired ie voted out of office.
