If you remember when the airport was built there was a 60 minutes segment on the baggage handling system that was state of the art, so called. The important part is that the cost overruns were enormous even in todays standards. Huge delays in opening. They didnt think that it would ever open. The airport still gets people talking, heck its nearly in Kansas.
