Note that there is a specific Internal Revenue Service Code section that relates to processing tax returns for the President and Vice President. Special handling, does not get dumped in the Big Pile, probably does not even go into the data base in the Martinsburg WV computer. (probably in a locked safe in a DC IRS Attorney’s office.

from

http://procedurallytaxing.com/can-the-house-obtain-and-release-president-trumps-tax-returns/

“I have previously explained on Procedurally Taxing that the Section 6103 prohibition against disclosure of tax returns and return information provides only limited protection for the President’s tax returns. Section 6103 (b) establishes that the only protected returns and return information are those filed with the Service. Identical copies of the same documents which are not filed with the Service are not protected. Further, the statute establishes many detailed exceptions to the prohibition against disclosure.

Most of the commentary has focused upon the Section 6103(f) exception to the prohibition against disclosure which authorizes Congress to obtain returns and return information. Under the statute, the Service must provide the Chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee any returns and return information specifically requested in writing, presumably including the President’s returns and any related audit files. The statute provides that any information in those documents identifying the taxpayer (i.e., the President) can be provided to the committee only when it is sitting in closed executive session. Interestingly, the statute does not contain any prohibition against further disclosure of the documents to the remainder of the Congress or disclosure of the information by the Congress to the general public. And, as Professor Yin has reported,Congress has occasionally read the statute as allowing it to disclose returns and return information to the public. Less formally, the documents might “leak.””

The information on his 1040 is safe until Nadler’s greasy Chick Dinners do a dirty fingerprint dance on the return.

If the Ds get his return it will be made public.

Thanks for the kind words. I was lurking at Voat QRV since the great migration but have settled on FreepQ to get up to speed on Q commentary. This is a great place with some very talented people with a lot of creative content.

Thanks. and I think we can all agree it will be leaked

If we look at the law, it looks worse than that. (If I'm reading it right) Too much lookie movement allowed by too many people means too much of a chance of a leak...
https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/26/6103"

Committee on Ways and Means, Committee on Finance, and Joint Committee on Taxation Upon written request release to the Chairman of (in closed session):

also

Chief of Staff of Joint Committee on Taxation(whatever that is) same requirements as above

also

Other Committees(and this is crazy)
Pursuant to an action by, and upon written request by the chairman of, a committee of the Senate or the House of Representatives (other than a committee specified in paragraph (1)) specially authorized to inspect any return or return information by a resolution of the Senate or the House of Representatives or, in the case of a joint committee (other than the joint committee specified in paragraph (1)) by concurrent resolution, the Secretary shall furnish such committee, or a duly authorized and designated subcommittee thereof, sitting in closed executive session, with any return or return information which such resolution authorizes the committee or subcommittee to inspect. Any resolution described in this paragraph shall specify the purpose for which the return or return information is to be furnished and that such information cannot reasonably be obtained from any other source.

also

Agents of committees and submission of information to Senate or House of Representatives (and this is crazier)
Any committee described in paragraph (1) or the Chief of Staff of the Joint Committee on Taxation shall have the authority, acting directly, or by or through such examiners or agents as the chairman of such committee or such chief of staff may designate or appoint, to inspect returns and return information at such time and in such manner as may be determined by such chairman or chief of staff...

also

Other committees(this one appears to allow a release to full House & Senate)
Any committee or subcommittee described in paragraph (3) shall have the right, acting directly, or by or through no more than four examiners or agents, designated or appointed in writing in equal numbers by the chairman and ranking minority member of such committee or subcommittee, to inspect returns and return information at such time and in such manner as may be determined by such chairman and ranking minority member. Any return or return information obtained by or on behalf of such committee or subcommittee pursuant to the provisions of this subsection may be submitted by the committee to the Senate or the House of Representatives, or to both, except that any return or return information which can be associated with, or otherwise identify, directly or indirectly, a particular taxpayer, shall be furnished to the Senate or the House of Representatives only when sitting in closed executive session unless such taxpayer otherwise consents in writing to such disclosure.

Now, under this law, the President gets the same right to any tax return
g) Disclosure to President and certain other persons
1) In general Upon written request by the President, signed by him personally, the Secretary shall furnish to the President, or to such employee or employees of the White House Office as the President may designate by name in such request, a return or return information with respect to any taxpayer named in such request. Any such request shall state—

I'm still thinking POTUS needs to get this out there, loud and clear...

Thanks, SERKIT, but this is my preferred brand, despite the name recognition.

Bagster trivia:

I have a small box of this product sitting on my dresser as we speak. If I owned a cell-phone, I'd take a pic for all ya'all to prove it.

True story.

This may be the most hilarious product ever produced by man on this earth and is one of my prized possessions. Right up there with my Piggly Wiggly preferred shopper card (which I whip out as ID oncet in a while just for fun)

In your “Mormon’s say”, the word “say” is not a noun

Then please explain the term "had my say".

Never go up against a Bagster when the misuse of words for humor's sake is on the line.

So basically he is telling us there are huge underground bunkers at Denver Airport where the elites would hide as the rest of the world is being exterminated.

Makes sense. Denver is in the mountains. Lots of Earth below to tunnel into... not much sky above to carry fallout.

^^^^^^^^^SLIDE ALERT^^^^^^^^^

Ah, a syntax issue:
In the idiomatic expression “had my say”, the word “say” is not functioning as a verb; it is serving as a noun and in the objective case.

Compare:
All of the women say that bagster is hot.

In this sentence, “say” serves as a verb.

Don’t make me force you to diagram sentences, bags!

If I get sent to Slide Jail for this post, bagster, I am blaming you.

I believe -- with no actual statical data -- that most people who paint on walls are deranged to some extent.

Those specific paintings are worst than deranged: they are terminally leftard deranged -- and definitely creepy...

Entities like Facebook and others make money by selling the data feed generated by your use of the product in conjunction with “partners”.

As a basic phone account with nothing enabled their root product is just what you as an identified individual provide with your posts, likes/dislikes, friends and such.

If you step up your technology bedazzled consumerism though, your feed goes through the roof in terms of value and volume. Partnered via Amazon, google, etc... you can generate a quantity of lifestyle minutiae that will allow and ever precise prediction of your routines right down to when you use the bathroom and whether it’s to take a dump or shower.

Say they partner with the local smart metered electric utility. Based on load spikes through day it would be possible to generate a good prediction of when and how much laundry you do in a week, and target an add to specific corresponding times you’d be on a social media. What about a big spike on weekends that’s greater than your average appliance, oh, that’s the arc welder your spouse bought, correlated to X degree probability by your Home Depot rewards card and either the phone GPS, an onstar type system or the phone syncing up with Home Depot WiFi.

Humans like ritual and repetition. For the vast majority of them it’s for the most part same daily activity pattern, same stores, same wake/sleep times. All of these entities are trying their damnedest to sync up an individual person “unified field theory”, and they essentially have that part figured out. Now it’s just time to sell them all convienience and security and make all their end user agreements to their toys adhesion contract them into a servitude many don’t even know they are participants in.

That description makes me want to go even further into the woods, go solar/propane etc. But I won’t... The smart meter issue is big here, many people refusing to get one, and big suit against the OR PUC for allowing Pacific Power to ram it down peoples’ throats or pay a lot of extra money every month.

I’m thankful ( do no social media except a couple of webistes (is FR “social media”?), just regular phone, etc.

Thank you for this & to Bagster for the link.

I’ve been looking for something just like this as better foundation to guess what’s on the horizon.

My take has always been that DECLAS has to come last, not first, as other things may suggest.

I think it has to be that the Hammer drops first, the grand jury things et. al. are then exposed via the unsealed indictments, and thus nothing further occurring will taint the evidence behind those indictments, etc., for which grand jury secrecy will be sustained.

After the hammer drops and things are exposed, then it’s the time for the IG report and, concurrently or immediately thereafter, the full DECLAS.

NOW ... looking at the calendar as you’ve assembled re [-21]

and the missing dates on Pompeo’s card ...

Everything lines up for major op over the 5 days - starting (this coming) FRIDAY and continuing through (following) TUESDAY

Look for a D_J press conference on Friday, probably after markets close, being scheduled late Thursday or morning Friday - Barr even possibly with [RR] and the Mule? Friday’s are commonly used in such fashion.

Then the fun begins (or is well underway)

The perps are rounded up and a week from Monday arraignments are held. Then, a week from Tuesday, DECLAS.

Then even anons will be surprised when the Hammer aka ]HUBER[ drops on Friday (with or without RR & the Mule) - or maybe all of the above.

In any event ... not much more TBD - this shall be glorious!

WWG1WGA :)
