I have to comment on this and some of you can remember during the campaign that Trump hammered Cruz hard, all the time, as did we on here to the Cruzbots they were called...of course I was 100% Trump, on here and worked my local prescient also...
But the night that Trump said something to Cruz about his dad, GHWBush gave a slash movement across his neck and the next day Cruz dropped out of the campaign....
I was sent an article explaining why this was done, Cruz's dad if you remember was part of the Oswald theory over JFK's assignation and GHWBush knowing Cruz's dad and having been in the C_A knew to much, so Cruz dropped out of the campaign to protect his dad...I have never been able to find the information to back up this idea I was sent and my other computer bit the dust and my friend has passed on...I never believed the story about Cruz's dad in Cuba, etc. and never did find out anymore that what we all knew at that time...but the Bushes know about all of it, and that could be why the smelly old bag was thinking to go after Cruz, if Trump lost the nomination, Cruz could be put down like he was …
Be VERY grateful that Our President Trump is Our Leader, you can imagine I believe just how horrid it would be right now if the smelly old bag got elected...at least I hope you can imagine that horrid scene...I can...and those that lived through the Clinton era from Arkansas on can, Thank You Lord for hearing our Prayers!!!

Cruz never directly answered whether that was his dad was the unidentified person with Oswald in a Warren Report photograph at a "Fair Play for Cuba" demonstration.
It makes sense. Rafael was in New Orleans (as was Oswald). He had fled the Batista regime in Cuba, which had become quite brutal to Castro supporters.
Cruz never denied it was Rafael protesting with Oswald for Fidel Castro.

HL, this makes a lot of sense. And it also explains why Cruz, though he quit campaigning, tried to usurp the will of the voters and try to win at the convention. The Bushweeds desperately wanted to stop Trump, but giving the press time to dig deeper into the Oswald story was a little too close for comfort.
It also goes to show the great intel Trump has. As you've explained many times, Trump's connected to people who know the inside story. And no doubt, this is a key skill required to build skyscrapers in big cities like Chicago and New York.
Trump was trained by Fred Trump to be extremely careful and to watch like a hawk your own business: to look out for stupid architects, dumb builders, and crooked contractors and politicians. In fact, he said a few words about this during his CPAC speech.
This on-the-job training had more than prepared him for the Presidency -- a 100 times more preparation being a Senatorial Homecoming Queen and preening yourself at a mirror for six years.
Or, in the smelly hag Senator's case: running around the globe extorting money from Arab dictators, stealing from Haitian disaster victims, and selling America's uranium to the Russians.
