You should have directed your post to Freeper “far sider”.
THEY were the one’s interested. My post was meant to give them some knowledge on the subject.
Yep...but the wrong ones. Unless you're one of those guys.
Whatever your friend does he should make sure that any hormones he takes are “bio-identical” from natural sources.
I had low-T years ago when my wife and I were trying to conceive. My urologist put me on CLOMID. My T and sperm counts went through the roof. We conceived a short time later and our son is now 22.
Work out with weights, stay away from cardio, drink alcohol sparingly, take some supplements that increase Luteinizing Hormone (LH) such as L-theanine and tribulus, get sufficient sleep, eat meat and don’t eat excessive carbs...

If your PSA is over 4 and rising, you probably will be asked to get a Prostate biopsy. There usually are no symptoms for early Prostate cancer.
Are T-improvement cures gluten free?
Organic?
Sustaneable?
Approved by AOC?
You might want to check out lycopene supplements. Or just consume lots of tomato sauce or paste.
Your regular doctor can ask the lab for the test. Either you have normal ‘T’ or low ‘T’.
Once he says low ‘T’, you don’t need treatments....you develop a 5-piece attack-plan: (1) more exercise/lifting weights, (2) protein-fat-carbs need to go up and the doctor can list diet plans, (3) Lower stress (this might be a big factor for some guys), (4) Get more sun or take vitamin D supplements (but don’t go overboard on either), and (5) examine your sleep habit (if you aren’t getting quality sleep or less than 6 hours a night, you need to do something).
Go and spend 6 to 12 months on the change, and go back for another ‘T’ test, and it likely improves. Don’t get signed up with a quak-doctor who wants to inject some Mexican-holy water into you. Most guys who have a low ‘T’ count....you can look over their health aspects and generally say they are living a marginally healthy life and need a landscape change.
Ouderkirk, maybe none of the pills you’ve tried have worked, but you have no idea what you’re talking about.
Marked improvement for a man can be achieved by taking 400mg Tongkat Ali and 1200 mg Maca Root daily. Even with no exercise (due to injury) I lost 20 lbs. in 90 days and gained significant energy after starting just those two supplements.
Arginine, citrulline, coleus forskolii, CoQ10, intermittent fasting, high fat low carb, strenuous engagement of all major muscle groups for 20 minutes 4x/week, all of these will help.
I still can’t lift weights due to spinal injury, but i’m in better shape in my mid-50s than I was 20 years ago (and I got PLENTY of exercise 20 years ago.)
If you want to go to a doctor that is not in your medical plan....find one that takes cash (at a discount) and use the billing "Out of network consult"...that worked for me getting a test kaiser wouldn't allow.
Any over the counter “T” booster they sell or rep would have to be by pill (oral pill). Testosterone is a hormone— therefore is a protein by definition. Protein goes in the stomach (pH 2 very acid digestion in stomach) which denatures, breaks down the hormone into... components. So, any OTC med that is whole hormone... is a waste of money.
Prescription is required for transdermal Testosterone- by a physician, not a quack.
There is a helpful prodrug which is metabolized into Testosterone naturally (this is NOT an anabolic steroid to build muscle mass like weightlifters use, to their coronary and testicle size deficit).
Over the counter as DHEA Dihydro Epaniandrosterone— discussed all over MedMD and other sites. Again- not a dangerous anabolic steroid, which will lower good HDL cholesterol and bad for cardiac risk.
My two cents. DHEA does work to maintain muscle strength, with proper diet and proper dosing. All anabolic steroids of any effect- if sold or provided by one of these clinics— they are violating federal pharma law. If there’s a “doctor” there he better be licensed and also have a clinical diagnosis to inject someone.
Everybody gets older- and genetics plays the biggest part in how quickly and.... how. There is no such thing as “Ageless Male” or “Stud Muffin” or “Get Hard” and all the other huckster crap sold on radio or these “men’s “ sort of quack clinics. So watch out. They are into... your money.
I don’t know......I once decided to try and go gluten free until I tasted my first gluten free loaf of cardboard, I mean bread. I promptly threw it away and forgot about the anti-gluten crap.
My PSA was so low, the results were addressed to “Mrs Appypappy”.
By pills I really should have been more clear as in the pill form of over the counter “testosterone boosters” i.e. Andro400, etc.
Infertility treatments are not the same as general low testosterone treatments.
You weren’t on CLOMID for 20+ years. You hit it and quit it after conception.
The synthetic gel stuff works, but it’s not without significant risks and is not a long term treatment option that is recommended by any reputable physician.

Up from 4-something 4 years ago. I guess I should be more proactive. You guys have me worried now.
I just love reading all of the “Gluten Free” markings on all sorts of foods that are obviously NOT wheat [and its close cousins] based.
It’s totally hilarious.
[Like I want to eat inorganic food....]
I thought there would be more jokes on this thread.
