There have been multiple road projects around Dallas Texas involving drilling a series of multiple small holes across various lanes on major roads. A series of about 4 small holes across the lane about every six feet for maybe 1/4 mile. After the holes are drilled, another crew comes along and puts something in them and seals the hole. Have seen this on Dallas roads and now Plano roads.
The last one is on Spring Creek Pky. between Jupiter
Rd. and Parker Rd.
No, spaced evenly across lane.
Any ideas as to what they are for?
Sure! They gonna be Holey Roads!
Would I get the truth or just government bs.
Find new people to play your new game with you.

These are probably magnetically or electronically detectable markers or transponders for self-driving cars and various smart-car features.
Maybe also for surveillance so Emperor Bernie (or Hillary or whoever) can keep track of the peasants.
Long fuse delayed landmines?
Haven’t had CFA in a long time. They are in Michigan now but only a couple in the Detroit area. Since you mentioned it I figured it was worth a side trip to a local mall food court today for their spicy chicken cobb salad.
yes
Paul is out of step with the others. On Abbey Road.
They could maybe tell you where to get a discount on tinfoil
When a pickup truck with a gun rack drives across you can hear “The Stars an Stripes are big and bright, deep in the heart of Texas”...
You jump to conspiracy theory and say that’s what I did. I just asked about some unusual road work and didn’t imply anything about a conspiracy. Try tin foil on your own head.
It is also immune to running reliably. :P Ex-Jeep owner here. :P
Jeep and reliability never really went in the same sentence. Doubly so on electrical.
Nah this sounds totally not looney
Still could be wear tests. Not sure what else they could be.
I have seen road workers put lime in the holes and when it hardens it supports the road like pillars.
