She is still having terrible eye problems, will be seeing 2 different ophthalmologists, one today and one on Monday.
She misses everyone and has asked for our prayers so she can get back with us soon.

Going to the Legion in a bit. We will be cleaning. Tonight there is an Elvis impersonator show. Hubby has an ex co worker who wants to meet us there. Have I told you an Elvis impersonator should be an once in a 5 year thing? (if that) This guy is good, but....I don't want any more beads around my neck. LOL

Been pretty out of it yesterday. A BIT better today.
a fairly regular breakfast I have is a medium poached egg. I have it atop a piece of cranberry nut crunch whole whet bread on which I have gently melted two different cheeses.. Sometimes one egg sometimes two.
I’m making a quiche tonight for our dinner with a salad. Will be cheese, spinach, green onions and on Jenny’s side bacon and ham. Mine will have some black olives added.
We went to a large Asian market yesterday. Lots of interesting things. We got some varied veggies for Sat dinner. Her parents are coming over and we are making oriental .. maybe Ethopian. I am trying to get her to cook a steak along with as her parents might not share her enthusiasm with the spicy and weird veggies ... they are late 80s. Ill whip up some Cinnamon rolls so if dinner is a washout they can smile with dessert.
