That stupid declaration against “all hate” reminds me of school. When the teacher didn’t want to single out the kid causing the trouble (because she KNEW the kid wouldn’t listen to her anyway) she punished the whole class.

I get a squeezy feeling in my chest and my air cuts off sometimes when I try to talk or sing. Then, I get a dry cough. It isn’t congestion in the lungs or throat, but at those times, I have to lay straight, so my air isn’t constricted in any way, and just relax and take slow deep breaths. When the air is nippy, or down right COLD, this condition develops.
My next appointment is Monday. I will be discussing this.

Have been reading about Asparagus, such a great anti oxidant, and detoxifier people swear it has killed cancer and so many other ills.
Actually 2 of my friends, very healthy women, age 85 and 94 eat a lot of Asparagus.
Have the article but it can be googled.
Also have a friend with lung cancer and have been reading that CBD oils helps shrink tumors.

i know asparagus is considered such a gormet and healthy veggie.. but it is one of the few vegetables I dislike and don’t eat. I don’t eat mushrooms either but that is due to an allergy issue.. not like/dislike
with the anemia Jemian I have all the classic symptoms and the severity is due to the level of hemocrit.
dizziness/lightheaded; trouble with digestion; breathing (the biggest culprit.. right now I can hardly walk 15 feet w/0 resting/gasping); more cramping. The shingles add another dimension to all with the severe localized pain that is worse4 with deep breaths, eating, constricted bending at waist..
Each week I wonder if it will be the last Dose I post. Not feeling overly confident anymore
