I think the PO/Ping Pong tweet was dummied up. The border frame and text style is twitter, not instagram.
Might have been a test for us? (failed). Or, Q Team wanted to shine a light on this guy. PSYOP. Give him a little taste of what the wrath of We the People feels like. Maybe he was about to flip and needed a nudge?
