I'm holding out for the ice cream and donuts health diet.

Aldi's has a pretty decent tasting controlled calories ice cream. A pint of it is only a few hundred calories. Donuts? That's depressing. Dunkin' Donuts has the food technology know-how. They could do a healthy yummy donut if they wanted to!

My current thing is that food should be fun. Like, if I get a real milk shake, I eat it with a spoon.
