Eat what makes you feel good afterwards. If you feel like crap after you eat something, chances are Its Not Good For You. No one other than you will know what works for you.

I totally agree!

I discovered that pot roast and ground hamburger purchased from the store made me feel really lousy and once I changed my eating patterns and had red meat once or twice a week, I discovered just how awful I felt after consuming beef. It doesn’t happen if I have a steak but I do agree, see what is making you feel worse and go from there. I love my feta tomatoes, garbanzo beans salad and seafood during the week. I also have one day a week which I feel the need to splurge and it helps me to keep on track during the rest of the week.
