I totally agree!

I discovered that pot roast and ground hamburger purchased from the store made me feel really lousy and once I changed my eating patterns and had red meat once or twice a week, I discovered just how awful I felt after consuming beef. It doesn’t happen if I have a steak but I do agree, see what is making you feel worse and go from there. I love my feta tomatoes, garbanzo beans salad and seafood during the week. I also have one day a week which I feel the need to splurge and it helps me to keep on track during the rest of the week.

Yep.. We just have to pay attention to how food makes us feel. Sounds like you eat the same foods I do.. If a meal has too much sugar or fat I’m immediately tired. Happy Health!
